- 3 stage warm up, exercise and cool down
- Multiple time signatures, with multiple measures per time signature
- Beat per measure values 1 – 16
- Beat values per measure 2 – 64
- Group together any combination of beats in a measure
- Count-in measures can be easily added to exercises
- Repeat settings let you repeat individual exercises or bundles until you’ve mastered them
- Timer settings are integrated into the application
- Enter exercise notes and data for each session to track progress
